Exploring ET’s: My Experiences and Reflections

Writing about extraterrestrial beings is challenging for me, as the topic often ventures into what many consider “sensational.” Yet, with growing evidence under investigation—such as the recent USA drone sightings, conspiracy theories, and my own experiences—I feel compelled to share my thoughts. In today’s advanced age, the conversation around UFOs and UAPs (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) is expanding rapidly. Videos of unexplained objects, captured by everyday people with smartphones, are making waves in both public discussions and the metaphysical community.

Governments, such as the USA during its recent congressional hearings, are now investigating these phenomena to address society’s rising questions. While some investigations yield concrete explanations, many sightings remain unresolved mysteries.

My UFO Encounter: Limburg, Netherlands

In August 2005, I took a trip from the USA (my home country), to the Netherlands with my best friend. We explored many beautiful cities but spent a few days in Limburg, a province renowned for its natural beauty—and, as I later discovered, its history of UFO sightings.

At the time, I was at the beginning of my metaphysical studies and deeply invested in exploring the mysteries of the universe. I’ve always considered myself grounded and practical, yet open to infinite possibilities. I believe the more I learn, the more I realize how little I know. The universe, after all, is vast and filled with grand, infinite experiences.

My sighting happened unexpectedly, and I wasn’t seeking such an experience. I was sound asleep in my hotel room when I heard a clear voice in my mind: “Wake up and go to the window.” Startled but alert, I immediately got up, walked to the window, pulled back the heavy curtains, and looked at the night sky.

At first, I was confused—was it a blimp? I glanced at the clock on the nightstand. It was around 3 AM. When I looked back to the sky, the object was still there, hovering silently. I studied its shape and surface. It was not a blimp. The object was rotating, star-shaped, and similar to a star tetrahedron, with multi-colored lights reflecting off its glossy exterior.

The air around me was unusually still, and I felt a deep sense of peace. I wasn’t afraid—only mesmerized. As realization dawned that I might be witnessing an alien craft, I woke my best friend to confirm what I was seeing. By the time she joined me at the window, the UFO had vanished.

Back in the States, I researched what I had witnessed and discovered Limburg is a well-known UFO hotspot. Many similar sightings have been documented on UFO Meldpunt Nederland, a Dutch website dedicated to reporting such phenomena.

Recent Explorations: Bashar and Group Meditations

This past October 2024, as UFO discussions recently dominate many conversations, I decided to participate in Bashar’s Interstellar Alliance Social Experiment Step Six through a meetup group.

For context, Bashar—channeled through Darryl Anka—is described as a physical extraterrestrial being from the future. For over 37 years, Bashar has shared profound teachings on how the universe operates and how we create our realities. (More information: bashar.org)

       Our circle nearing dusk

I joined a small group of eight in a park at 6 PM. One attendee, a 70-year-old woman and spiritual teacher for over 40 years, led the meditations. She shared that she has been in lifelong telepathic contact with “intergalactic friends,” though she’s never physically seen a spaceship. At her request, I smudged the group with white sage to cleanse our energy.

We began with a guided meditation, sitting in a circle to raise our vibrations. The results were surprising.

After meditation, we observed significant activity in the night sky—so much movement that we struggled to differentiate planes, satellites, and stars from the unexplained. Objects darted in various directions, leaving us stunned and exclaiming to one another, “Look there!” and “Did you see that?” The sky remained unusually active for over 30 minutes.

Following a break (and the eating of some snacks), we continued with a second meditation. By the end of this mediation, cloud cover obscured our view, so we shared stories. Only one other person and I had seen a UFO before—his experience involved a disk-shaped craft.

The group was inspiring, grounded, and heart-centered.

Why Gatherings Matter

Meetups like this—whether with friends, family, or spiritual groups—offer a safe and supportive space to explore higher consciousness, theories, and personal experiences. They help bridge the gap between curiosity and connection, providing opportunities to share and grow together.

If you plan similar gatherings, I highly recommend having a good telescope at hand. You might be amazed at what you see.
