Arcane Cube — A Journey of Light, Shadow, and Heart

I just finished Arcane Cube and it’s full of those little bits of wisdom that sneak up on you when you least expect it. I won’t give any spoilers, but it’s one of those rare books that feels quietly meaningful underneath. In fact, I found myself highlighting my favorite passages that felt more like spiritual teachings than only entertaining text.

The main character, Tiffany, is on a journey to find her lost mother — but along the way, she ends up discovering way more than she imagined. It’s a story about friendship, love, and learning to trust yourself even when things don’t make sense. There are spiritual lessons woven through her adventures that are great for young readers who enjoy esoteric wisdom and teachings.

What really surprised me was the villain, Nephilimbug. He’s not your typical villain — he reminded me of the character in Star Wars, Darth Vader, in how you can sense the pain behind his actions. You kind of end up feeling for him, which brought the story even more depth. He’s one of those antagonists you secretly want to save, even though you know he’s walking a dark path.

The last few chapters are a perfect setup for the next book. I still have questions about the characters: Tiff, Ari, and even Rachel and Harvey. Plus, the way the author uses the children’s song “Row, Row, Row Your Boat” as symbolism? Brilliant. It ties everything together in this dreamlike way that makes you think about our life in our world and hidden mysteries.

I can easily imagine it as a visually rich TV series — a blend of mystical powers, mystery, and soul growth that speaks to all ages.

If you love stories that mix adventure, heart, and the magical, you’ll love Arcane Cube!

Can’t wait for Book 2!
