The Everlasting Moment of Now

Embrace the present moment with deep gratitude for who you are and where you stand in life. Remember, your soul chose to be here, right now, for a reason. You’re experiencing the physical plane of reality, filled with life’s lessons, all meant for your spiritual growth. By connecting to higher consciousness and fully engaging with the physical world, you unlock the true power of the present. Appreciate the now, for it is the key to your evolution.

This article delves into the essence of living in the eternal present, a practice I strive to incorporate into my daily life. When we seek the benefits of the future or fantasize over it, we can’t live in the present. There is nothing wrong with planning in the present for future benefits. A little expectation of the outcome is good for your motivation. Fantasizing to relieve the mind at times can be healthy; a little fantasy inspires you and brings hope. Visualization is great for manifestation. However, don’t become fixated on achieving perfection in the future, as this can lead to disappointment. It’s crucial not to get too attached to outcomes, the specifics of your long-term plans. Embrace each step you take, savoring the unending moment to moment.

Developing inner relaxation and acceptance is key. Remember, the past is behind us; we can’t live there, only learn from it. Dwelling on the past disrupts our ability to receive spiritual guidance in the present. Such guidance will be lost on you if you’re stuck in past thoughts. Why focus on past mysteries when you can embrace the present and navigate the now? Over-focusing on the future also robs you of the miracles happening right now.

To truly experience the freedom of living in the present, you must detach from past-future thinking and avoid the trap of false realities. Embrace the now and discover the profound beauty of each moment.

Great spiritual masters lived without attachment to the future or the rewards of their labor. Their minds remained anchored in the present, focused on serving humanity. When you constantly worry about the future, you lose your power and sense of self in the present. If you can’t find happiness and contentment where you are right now, how can you expect to find it in the future? Wherever you are, you will carry with you the DNA of your evolutionary path. Your evolutionary path is embedded in your very being, representing your soul’s growth.

Self-mastery over unhappiness and fear of the future in the present, is the key to life. F.E.A.R stands for False Evidence Appearing Real. Letting go of guilt over past deeds is the key of life. Guilt is an illusion that hinders your progress. You’ve learned your lessons; there’s no need to dwell on guilt, which keeps you trapped and prevents you from living fully in the present. Forgiveness is another vital key. Holding onto anger prevents true satisfaction, while forgiving frees your mind and spirit.

Once you find happiness in your daily life, the future becomes less daunting. Daydreaming about the future offers only the illusion of something greater. Embrace the present, recognize the value of what you have, and take control of your life. It’s easier said than done, but it leads to a deeper understanding of your true self, beyond past regrets and future aspirations.

See yourself, know yourself, and embrace yourself in the now. Reflect on your journey, the lessons learned, and take pride in where you are today. If you’re unhappy, consider whether you’re making comparisons to others. You’re exactly where you need to be to learn your life’s lessons. Change your now moment, for it shapes your future. Every other moment is an illusion.

Remember, your present was once the future you anticipated, and every passing moment becomes your past. Don’t delay; claim your happiness today. Learn to be content, to just be, in the eternal now. Infants and small children live without the concept of linear time, simply being without fear. They are content, unlike adults who project past experiences into the future and miss the present out of fear that their past might become their future.

Constant worry over the future is an attempt to try to control the unknown. We think that the past may repeat itself without change. Overcoming these fears prevents them from manifesting. Living in the now is challenging, but your beliefs shape your reality. Remember thoughts can be regenerative or degenerative, so transform fear into love and let unconditional love guide you. Thoughts, words, and deeds affect your present moment, so cultivate positive thoughts and transform negative ones. By working toward happiness and satisfaction, you’ll attract positive experiences.

This moment is all there is. Aim for peace of mind, happiness, and satisfaction in every now moment, and these feelings will persist, even into your future.

An affirmation you can say to bring yourself into the now: I AM ever present, I AM now, I AM in my purest form, I AM here, I AM love.
